Special Note: This cuvée is carefully numbered from 1 to 4338 bottles, a testament to its quality. Indeed, the producer emphasizes meticulous grape selection rather than abundant harvesting.
Tasting: With its beautiful luminous white color, this wine offers a wide aromatic palette where different fragrances mingle.
It is worth noting the very pronounced presence of white flower notes, such as linden flower, hawthorn, and acacia. Grilled and roasted notes are also present, along with the delicate persistence of vanilla. These very prominent aromas are the result of high-quality aging in barrels.
On the palate, this wine presents a round and lasting sensation, with flavors of sun-ripened juicy peaches and pears, enhanced by a lively touch of candied lemon that gives it a beautiful freshness at the end of the tasting.
